Here is the first quick sketch of a character I'm developing. This was just to nail general shapes/pose. I'll refine the design and details in the next pass before hopefully going on to fully colour him up etc.
Finished up couple old sketches that I had forgotten on my harddrive. Cheerios!

Some of you might have seen this already but I have been making the bandos ork character... he's not finished yet but I thought that I would post up what I have done so far...
Created a current gen character within the last month.
Did the high poly using a combination of Max and Zbrush. Low poly game mesh weighs in at 17,729 tri's with 1* 2048 d/n/s maps and 1* 512 d/n/s maps for the guns.
